Wiki Tutorial

The first step to editing anything is, of course, to log in to the site. Click the Log In to Edit button at the top to get to the login page. Type in your name, an e-mail address, and the Wiki password, and click Log In!

To an edit a page, click on a page and click Edit page at the top. Easy, eh? If you want to make a new page, click on New page at the top. Also, you can just type in a name your browser's URL address bar. Example: Browsing to http://kaorin.pbwiki.com/MyCoolNewPage in your address bar will automatically bring you to a MyCoolNewPage so you can edit it immediately! :D

When you're at the edit box, just simply type stuff ot edit the Wiki! No uploading or HTML skills required! You can preview your edits by hitting the Preview button. Hit the Save button when you're done! Congrats, you just edited a Wiki!

Want to add stuff like bold or italics? The best place to look is the PBWiki's WikiStyle page. It's short, fairly easy reading, and they try to make sure that making your Wiki look nice is as simple as possible!

Here are some of the basics:

Use ! at the start of the line to make a Level 1 Heading. !! makes a Level 2 Heading, and so on. I think it goes up to 5 or something. The title of this page is an example of Heading 1. The step numbers in this tutorial are an example of Heading 2. Also, images can be put in the brackets [ ], but they don't work in this little box thingy. Oh well. I assure you they work, though! And, finally, you can use <raw> tags around something if you don't like how PBWiki interprets it.

Don't be afraid to add or change things; in fact, I encourage you to add as much as you can! Only worry about deleting stuff. Backups are made every night at midnight PST, though, so if you accidentally delete important info, it won't be all gone. Oh, and don't worry if things look ugly. RoyalKnight will probably come around eventually to beautify things.
